Snow

It was a long drive but I made it home. We are hopeful that Patsy will be ok, but only time will tell.

Telling on myself...

Recently I went on a cookbook spending spree. Greg was asleep when I came home... so I hid my new books in the spare room and went back to put them away later. Yesterday I was cleaning house and found a brand new cookbook under the spare bed. It was like Christmas again!!!

Black Bean Soup

I made some black bean soup. It is suprisingly good. I topped it off with some cheese and pico de gallo. Delicious.

Going Hunting

Today we are going hunting with dad. I decided to take a goodbye picture with Rocky -- and my new tripod. I guess it turned out ok, this is one of five. Rocky loves the squirrels, but I don't think he's dog enough to hang with the Feists.
