I made chicken fried steak tonight -- and remembered to take a picture. It looked beautiful and tasted wonderful. We had corn and mashed potatoes. Greg won't eat any other sides with his meat. Once he did agree to eat 2 green beans. It seemed like a big waste though, so I haven't made green beans in a long time. This will be the last 'inside' meal for a while. The kitchen got real hot. We are gonna have grilled pork chops tomorrow night.

the table is very attrative.
My brother-in-law used to say he would only eat "guy food," and that all "guy food" is either brown or white. But you know what? He cooked a meal for my sister on Mother's Day and decided he was pretty good at it. She says he bought himself a couple of cookbooks and has cooked a few things of other colors. She's lovin' every moment of it.
