I'm a 31 year old registered nurse -- just living to make a living. I keep busy taking care of 2 yr old son and new baby girl. I like to take pictures, visit junk stores, and cook.

Gone Fishing
We went fishing last Wednesday 6-20-07 at the pond. Here's some pictures from our day.
I guess he kept that one little fish...guess you had to cook it....We had salad last night for supper...I get more lazy each day.. I am too lazy to fry a fish but I do cook some on the grill. I remember when Missy was a baby and we lived in MO Mike fished with a guy often. He caught lg mouth bass. I would make a beer batter and deep fry them. A HEART ATTACK WAITING TO HAPPEN! How could I take something so healthy and make it so bad for me!
My son-in-law had a freezer full of fresh salmon he caught last year when he went to Alaska. I think I will ask Kris to bring me some today. I bake it on the grill.
we grilled the catfish we caught this day. it was enough to feed 4 people. my inlaws came over and my sisterinlaw (jason is in vegas) my mother in law doesn't like fish so i cooked chicken for her. it was good. i have this fish thing i put the fish in and i am able to flip them over without them coming apart. they are wonderful with cavendars and garlic butter.

I have been hearing about all of the rain you have been getting but that last picture looks pretty dry.
