Hmm

I went to town today .... these are some interesting things I saw. A local furniture store has a 24-7 guard and Walgreens thinks it's cold outside.

Erin you said you wanted the 2 oven stove. I have known 2 people that had them. Neither one of them cooked nearly as much as I USED too....I thought it would be useful to have when you make big family dinners....such as when you bake a turkey you can still cook things in the bottom oven....These 2 people used theirs only a couple of times and owned them maybe 5-7 years. They both have a lot more money than me and remodel often!...I looked at them...But I was dead set on a convection oven...they cook better than you can imagine... mine is a very large (deep/wide) oven ...the top rack is split where you can make it a half rack......you can put a turkey roaster on the bottom rack long ways...then put a cake pan 9/13 (long ways)beside that then on the half of the top rack that you just split for this occasion you can put another 9x13 cake pan and the door closes with room to spare... now you will be limited at cooking at the same temp..which you would not have to do with a double oven but a double convection oven will run about 2 K..You need to get a convection oven...It makes a great cook out of an average cook...and I did not know this until I went from a convection to a regular one back to a convection....When I first had my convection oven I just thought I had became a great baker....then with my last stove I just thought I had lost the touch....well I have it back now and cannot tell you the difference in cookies, cakes, pizza's, meats...they are all done to perfection...
