Suppertime
Can you guess what this is?? Very lean, but that doesn't matter because it was cooked in shortening! Potatoes aren't brown because I'm impatient.

nope.. it wasn't. it was perfect.
I didn't even get an old cold tater.
I could tell right off that was deer. I usually have to cook gravy and biscuits also.
